Our private, one-bedroom suite
has a calming effect the minute you walk inside.
With windows on three walls, the view is of
evergreens and the ski mountain. A restful palette
and comfortable furniture invite complete relaxation.
A stocked kitchenette helps you to relieve hunger
pangs at a moment’s notice. Be sure and
treat yourself to a soothing steam in the shower
room reserved for our guests only.
We are proud to offer fresh-ground
Alaskan roasted coffee, teas, home-baked goods
and in-season fruits amongst the selections
in the kitchenette. In addition, the shower
area is complete with shampoo, conditioner and
oft-needed toiletries. Please know that every
effort has been made to ensure a pleasant, nurturing
experience for you.

Jane Barber and Dean Hotchkiss
We have both been Alaskans
for over 20 years. Together with our children,
Logan and Claire, we live year-round in Girdwood
and are grateful to live in such a beautiful
and friendly place. In winter, we’re avid
skiers and in summer, we become fishing enthusiasts.
(Our border collie, Ounce, is shy but sweet-natured
and makes friends with anyone willing to throw
her Frisbee.)
